Fink & Platt Architects LLC is an award-winning architecture and design firm founded in New York City in 1998 by Janet Fink and Arthur Platt. We create thoughtful buildings and spaces that embody a cohesive relationship between modern design and historic preservation.
Our firm helps private individuals and diverse institutions renovate, expand, and modernize their homes and workspaces by designing serene and sustainable buildings and interiors.
With an appropriate vision for each project inspired by our client, their program, and the site, we pay careful attention to the details and materiality of the work.

Partners
Janet Fink and Arthur Platt hold Master of Architecture degrees from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. They are licensed architects in the State of New York and members of the American Institute of Architects.
Janet & Arthur collaborate on the design of all projects, each led by one partner working closely with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and our studio design team.
